He is also an expert in Project Cycle (Appraisal, Design, Develop, Implement, Monitoring and Evaluation); Devolution (Decentralization, Federalism), Expenditure Management/ Budget Execution, Project Finance and Project Accounting, Self Accounting Entity, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Fiduciary Risk Assessment (FRA), Public Expenditure Tracking System PETS, Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA); VAT/ GST (Organization Restructuring, Online Tax Payer Service, Registration, Return, Audit, Enforcement, Appeal, Grievance, Tax Research, Capacity Building).
He has guided system controls and validations, Functional & System Requirement Specifications (FRS &SRS), supervised development of Treasury & Accounting System of the Govt. of Odisha, Integrated Budget & Accounting System (iBAS+) of Govt. of Bangladesh, Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) of Govt. of Uttarakhand and development of Proof of Concept (PoC) in Oracle e-Business Suite and Hyperion for CFMS for Government of Andhra Pradesh.
He holds a master in management (Accounting and Finance) from Asian Institute of Management, Certificate in Public Administration (Budget, Expenditure, Accounts, Audit and Taxation) from MD Regional Academy of Finance & Management, Bachelor of Science in Geology from Revenshaw University.
